Clove oil

Clove essential oil contains a high content of eugenol and beta-caryophyllene with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anesthetic properties. The oil is used in aromatherapy as well as skin care and therapeutic products, mainly to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and support acne treatment. The oil is also used in oral hygiene formulas for its antiseptic and refreshing properties. Clove oil is for external use only, and should be used in appropriate dilution when in direct contact with the skin. The oil can cause skin and eye irritation, so it is recommended to avoid direct contact and use personal protection when applying it.
