Peppermint oil

Used in the care of oily and acne-prone skin, peppermint oil has a refreshing and cleansing effect. It helps reduce excess sebum and treat acne and blackheads. It blends well with oils such as orange or rosemary. When inhaled, the oil clears the respiratory tract and also helps with colds, runny noses and headaches. For migraines and tension headaches, the oil applied to the temples can have a cooling and relaxing effect. Peppermint oil is also a natural repellent that repels mosquitoes, ants and spiders.
