Liquid Maltitol
Liquid maltitol is a purified and concentrated aqueous solution of hydrogenated oligosaccharides. It is obtained via the hydrogenation of maltose syrup, in turn obtained through starch hydrolysis.
Thanks to its liquid state, it blends easily.
Liquid maltitol is used in pastry and confectionery to create “sugar-free” products, such as chocolates, candies, baked goods, and ice cream.
