Cocoa Mass / Cocoa Liquor

Pure cocoa mass in drop form. Ingredient: cocoa beans. Compact drops in food-grade primary packaging. Dark brown colour, aromatic cocoa flavour and odour typical of cocoa beans. Fat content approximately 51% — suitable for chocolate manufacture and cocoa-based spreads where whole cocoa solids are required.
