Cinnamon Powder/ Extract

Cinnamon is scientifically known as Cinnamomum cassia. It is produced in Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Sichuan and other provinces of China. It is used as aromatic condiment, and cinnamon oil can also be extracted, which is an important spice in food industry and also used in medicine. The cinnamon powder was one of the first spices used by humans.
