Grape Seed (Vitis vinifera L.) is obtained after separating grape skin and grape stalk after drying. The grape seed extract is extracted from grape seed, a new efficient natural antioxidant substance – “Procyanidin OPC” which cannot be synthesized in the human body. The Vivo and in vitro experiments show that the “OPC” is found in nature the strongest antioxidant, scavenging free radicals ability of substance. Its antioxidant activity is 50 times that of Vitamin E and 20 times that of vitamin C.
