Dextrose monohydrate is obtained via enzymatic starch hydrolysis, followed by process of purification, concentration, crystallisation and drying.
It can be used as a sweetener, preservative, and fermentation activator.
Monohydrated dextrose can be used in baking, ice cream making, as a preservative in sausages, and for the fermentation process in beer production.

✓ Store in a clean and dry place, at a temperature of 20°C. Open products are best consumed within 24 months of the production date.
