Dextrose Monohydrate

Dextrose monohydrate is obtained via enzymatic starch hydrolysis, followed by process of purification, concentration, crystallisation and drying.

It can be used as a sweetener, preservative, and fermentation activator.

Monohydrated dextrose can be used in baking, ice cream making, as a preservative in sausages, and for the fermentation process in beer production.

 Suitable for use in the creation of different food-industry products.

 Store in a clean and dry place, at a temperature of 20°C. Open products are best consumed within 24 months of the production date.

 No allergenic ingredients according to current legislation.

 This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).

 This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
