Black Alkalized Cocoa Powder — Low Fat (NL)

Heavily alkalized low-fat cocoa powder from Theobroma cacao with an intense dark colour and high pH. Defatted cocoa solids alkalized with potassium carbonate, sterilised and milled. Delivers near-black colour in finished products — commonly used to achieve visual differentiation in premium biscuits, cookies and confectionery. Ingredients: defatted cocoa, acidity regulator (potassium carbonate). Origin: The Netherlands.
