Low-fat alkalized cocoa powder from Theobroma cacao. Defatted cocoa solids alkalized with potassium carbonate, sterilised and milled. Alkalization raises pH, deepens colour towards reddish-brown and delivers a milder, rounder cocoa flavour profile. Ingredients: defatted cocoa, acidity regulator (potassium carbonate). Origin: The Netherlands.
